Gaston Professional Center is on the campus of Gaston Memorial Hospital, approximately one mile from Interstate 85.  An enclosed crosswalk connects the building to the hospital.  There is also an outpatient surgery center on the ground floor of the building.  The lease for this space includes private deck parking for each physician and practice administrator.

The front office provides ample space to greet patients as well as to store records. Two closets provide extra storage. Large windows let in light. This room could be divided into two with the addition of a half- or full wall to create extra workspace.  Adjacent to the front office, a lab and nurses’ area provide additional workspace.  A back hallway, separated from patient areas, houses a kitchen, break room/conference room (carpeted with built-in shelves), as well as four office spaces.  Additionally, a second, private entrance allows physicians and employees to enter and exit the office without going through the waiting room.

This office includes five exam rooms of approximately the same dimensions.  Each has a sink and cabinets.  All are on one hallway, making for easy and quick navigation.  There is a second restroom available for patient use.  The patient check-out window is close to the exit, and provides privacy from the waiting room.

Gaston Professional Center has a canopied entryway and ample patient parking.  Two elevators serve each floor, and are just a short walk from the available office space.  Available space is 3440 rentable square feet on the third floor.  Exterior signage is provided; interior signage exists and can remain.  The waiting area is large, and has its own restroom for visitors.  The window to the patient check-in area has privacy glass which is HIPAA-compliant.
